We can only replace pieces for games we publish. For anything by another publisher, they'll need to send the replacement — their details are usually on the box.
Strays from another set. Worth telling us — it usually means a packing mix-up we can trace.
On the bottom or back of the box. It tells us which print run yours came from, so we send a piece that actually matches.
Where it went wrong, or anything odd about the box — the more we know, the less we have to ask.

This is the part that gets your replacement approved fastest — with photos our team usually doesn't need to write back at all.
Where the batch number is printed. Even if you can't read it, we usually can.
Where the pieces should be. A photo of the part-set-up game is perfect.
